Can I cancel my Virtual Space Plan at anytime?Of course! You can cancel your Virtual Space at anytime; you are not subjected to contracts of any kind.

What is the difference between a private and public Virtual Space?In the private one, you will be given the password that will allow the people you want to enter and make offerings, share condoleneces, stories and even add media;whereas a public space is visible to any visitor of Wallforever through the Wallforever Obituare.

How can I see the content uploaded to the Virtual Space?All media will be depicted in the Virtual Space

How can visitors acces to a Virtual Space?A unique web domain with the deceased name will be assigned to your Virtual Space E.g: www.wallforever.com/eduwar-gregory. Once created, you can share that link with you relatives so that they can hace access. Furthermore, if the Virtual Space is in "public mode" you will have access through the Wallforever Obituare

Can I add media to the V.S?You will always be able to add and edit media. Just fill the form and we will do it for you: remember that we aren´t an automated network and you gave us permission to make all the process as quick and easy as possible

What is a Holy Virtual Space?A Holy Virtual Space is a website dedicated to the memorie of a loved one who has passed away and which you can share with your friends or relatives. The owner has control over the who is allowed to do all the activities related to the memory of the deceased ( make offerings, share memories, express condolences, etc). Can I create more than one Virtual Space?Yes, users can create as many Virtual Spaces as they want, as well as Familiar Virtual Spaces.

What are Familiar Virtual Spaces?Familiar Virtual Spaces are Virtual Spaces designed for more than one loved one that has passed away; which means that there is more than one space available for their photo.

Do Familiar Virtual Spaces cost more?Yes; each space added costs an extra € 3.80. Just send us your request and we will do the work for you!

Do Virtual Spaces expire?Depending on the payment plan of your choice and, of course, if you pay as stated in each plan: Lifetime plan: One-time payment of € 99 Annual plan: Annual payments of € 48,96. After 5 years of service your plan will change automatically to the lifetime mode without extra fees. Monthly plan: Monthly payments of € 4,80.After 5 years of service your plan will change automatically to the lifetime mode without extra fees.

Can I delete my Virtual Space?Just go to your contact section and send us the request to erase your Virtual Space.
